TERMS OF PURCHASE
You are personally liable for any orders that you place by telephone or on our website, www.josepha.com, (“Joseph A”) or any Joseph A owned or sponsored website. We currently accept the following methods of payment via telephone or on our website: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, or a debit card. In addition, you may place an order by mail using either PayPal or any other additional payment options provided by Joseph A. Please do not send cash. We do not accept COD orders at this time. Please note that we do not accept multiple-pay orders on debit card or electronic check transactions. In addition, Joseph A is in no way responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase. It is your responsibility to retain all records of your purchase in the event it may be needed in the future.
Should any personal information necessary to fulfill your order change after the time your order was placed (such as billing address, shipping address or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information. If your order is returned to us due to us being provided with incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to a return shipment fee. We highly recommend double checking all information you submit before finalizing your order.
You understand and agree that we may share information about you and your transaction with other companies for the purpose of processing your transaction, including fraud prevention and credit card authorization.
If we are unable to bill you for your order after you have received a shipment, and you do not contact us, your account may be sent to a collection agency. Please contact our Customer Care Team at (###) ###-#### for payment instructions if your account has been sent to a collection agency. You are liable for all collections costs incurred should the account be sent to a collection agency.
Joseph A reserves the right to store your personal information given to us in our secure database for business purposes. If you place an order through Joseph A, we require an eMail address to send order and shipping confirmations. Your order confirmation will reflect the items ordered and the total amount to be charged.
Joseph A will not charge sales tax for any order unless the order is placed to ship to a New York address. If your order is shipping to New York state, the appropriate sales tax will be added to your order.
Promo codes cannot be combined together at checkout. Only one promo code may be used per order.
