Shipping & Returns

We ship exclusively through UPS. We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders over $75. All prices are in U.S. dollars. 

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email of such change on your order. 

 

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item(s) in its original condition within 30 days to: 

 

 

To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and back to the original form of payment:

Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise. Joseph A reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy anytime without notice. Send your return using a trackable carrier. Keep a record of the return tracking number for future reference. Include a note with the return stating why you are returning the merchandise. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.

 

If you ordered an item and would like to exchange it for another size or color, or different item within the designated return period, please return it as specified above in the returns section. We’ll be happy to ship the desired item. You’ll be responsible for any difference in price between items returned and desired items, if the cost is greater than the items you’ve sent back.
